Terms of Use

These Terms apply to BeersOn, operated by Onfo Ltd trading as Onfo Labs. By using BeersOn customer account features, you must accept the current Terms version when asked.

You may use BeersOn only if you can do so lawfully and comply with these Terms.

BeersOn is intended for people aged 18 or over. The age gate is a self-declaration and is not formal identity verification.

BeersOn is an information and discovery platform for pubs, drinks, producers and current tap-list information.

BeersOn does not sell alcohol, process drink orders, take table bookings or process payments. Pubs and producers remain responsible for their services, products and legal obligations.

Pub drinks, opening hours, food hours and availability can change quickly. We aim to provide useful information, but you should check directly with a pub where information is important.

Opening and food-service information is shown from available data and may be incomplete, delayed or changed by the venue.

Customer accounts let you save drinks and pubs and use account-linked features. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for telling us if you believe your account has been misused.

You must not misuse BeersOn, submit unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content, attempt to bypass security, scrape the service in a harmful way, or interfere with other users.

If you submit a drink sighting or other contribution, you must submit information honestly and accurately to the best of your knowledge. Private sightings are not automatically official pub listings.

You keep ownership of content you own. By submitting a contribution, you grant Onfo Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce and use the contribution for operating and improving BeersOn.

This does not claim ownership of factual data itself.

BeersOn may review, moderate, correct, reject or remove contributions where needed for accuracy, safety, legal reasons or service integrity.

Saved drinks and pubs are private account features. You can remove saved items through the available controls.

BeersOn may link to third-party websites such as pub websites, Google sign-in and Drinkaware. Those services are responsible for their own content and terms.

BeersOn branding, design, software and content are owned by Onfo Ltd or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may use BeersOn for normal personal use, but you must not copy or exploit the service unlawfully.

We aim to provide BeersOn with reasonable care, but the service may be interrupted, changed, suspended or withdrawn.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary, including for misuse, security concerns or legal reasons.

Please drink responsibly, do not encourage excessive consumption, and never drink and drive. For alcohol advice and support, visit Drinkaware.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. BeersOn is provided with reasonable care, but information may be inaccurate, incomplete or unavailable. We are not responsible for pubs' or producers' services, products or decisions.

Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

We may update these Terms. If a change affects customer account features, we may ask account holders to accept the new version before continuing.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while preserving mandatory consumer protections that may apply elsewhere in the UK.
